1. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
2. Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Express Delivery: 2-3 working days. Only certain main centre areas qualify. If the order day falls on a Saturday / Sunday then the package will only be shipped on the Monday. The additional Express delivery expense will be for the account of the customer and will be specified on the quote, unless otherwise specified on the product.
Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days, R110.00 will be for the account of the customer and will be specified on the quote, unless otherwise specified on the product.
Free Delivery: All orders over R700.00 qualify for FREE delivery, unless otherwise specified on product specification or quote. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley can expect delivery within 3 working days.
Expect delivery within 5-7 working days.
Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.
When do we start counting days?
EFT and Pay in Store payments – The next working day after payment has been confirmed in Sportculture’s bank account.
Our warehouse hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 and we will dispatch packages during these hours. Orders will only be dispatched on confirmation of payment in our bank account. View PAYMENT POLICY for more information.
No orders will be processed or dispatched over the weekends Saturday and Sunday.
Our courier partners deliver Monday to Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Sportculture due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labor disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
